Located in Piazza Tre Martiri. Belonged to the rich and noble Tingoli family, it is thought to date back to the 17th century, but in the earthquake of 1672 it suffered serious damage as the facade was destroyed, later rebuilt by Domenico Tingoli, with the door that opened onto the square.
In 1710 due to a fire, the building was again renovated in the internal part, and in 1792 it suffered again the damages of a second earthquake.
When it became property in the nineteenth century, in 1930 it was purchased by Credito Italiano which transformed it inside again.
The structure underwent other interventions in the early twentieth century where due to the bombing the top floor windows had to be redone, originally oval and then rebuilt in a square shape
