Nettuno
The “round” building in decò style, situated directely on the beach in Marina Centro, has seen generations of tourists meeting in its charming terrace during the summer evenings.
Opened in 1933 as a bathing establishment “Nettuno” - treatment, bathing cabins, restaurant and bar during the day, dancing, variety shows and performances in the evening” (from the newspapers in the '30 ).
From 1940, Nettuno had become not only a bathing establishment but also a dancing, a venue for fashion parades, exhibitions, photos and film set.
The last restyling of the rotunda overlooking the sea was designed by the architect Massimo Morandi in 2010.
Today the heart of the new Sea Park in Rimini develops with the Belvedere in Piazzale Kennedy just opposite the Neptune estabilishment.
