An all-female group, in a quartet with voice, flute, violin and piano, born in 1995, on the occasion of the celebrations for the 100th anniversary of cinema.
The name chosen is a tribute to the Italian composer Nino Rota, author of many soundtracks of Federico Fellini's films. In his career Maestro Rota has also worked with other great directors such as Luchino Visconti, Franco Zeffirelli and Francis Ford Coppola.
