On July 20 it is the turn of the starred chef Carlo Cracco to inaugurate the summer 2019, together with the pastry chef Gino Fabbri, offering a summer menu where the symbolic flavors of the summer meet the simplicity of the Mediterranean scents.
The guests will have the opportunity to dine with the boys and girls of the Community and taste a menu created for the event.
The dishes will be accompanied by wines from the San Patrignano winery.
Protagonists of the Italian and international gastronomic scene, Cracco and Fabbri will cook with the support of the kitchen team of San Patrignano, composed of about 80 young guests from the rehab community.
