Sigep, now in its 41st edition, is the undisputed leading international trade fair in the sectors of ice cream, pastry, bakery and coffee.
All the sectors are represented through an extraordinary exposition that anticipates trends and innovations for everything related to raw materials, ingredients, equipment, furnishings and services.
Five are the industries involved; ice cream, pastry, chocolate, bakery and coffee, with a myriad of events, master classes, competitions between great chefs and of course many exhibitors.

Since the opening, on January 18th, important international competitions will take place, such as the Gelato Festival World, in its second edition, or the Gelato World Cup, now in its IX edition, inside of the Gelato Arena.
In addition to Sigep, A. B. Tech Expo, the 6th International Exhibition of technologies and products for bakery, pastry and confectionery.
During Sigep, both bus and train connections will be enhanced: bus n. 9 from the train station. Shuttle A,B,C,D from Riccione and Torre Pedrera to Rimini Fiera.
Special charter train service between Cattolica and Sant´Arcangelo.
