Getting married in Rimini is trendy: despite the uncertainties related to the difficult moment, already 20 wedding ceremonies are confirmed in 2021 and the number is constantly growing. Among the confirmations, there are also those of couples who come from outside the region and from abroad, in particular from Germany and Belgium. Often the choice of the spouses is linked to the memory of holidays spent in Rimini or to a particular link with the territory, but also for logistical reasons such as the availability of numerous locations, and the efficient and well-structured organization thanks to the Rimini Wedding Destination project where the DMC takes care of the logistical and organizational part of weddings in locations authorized by the Municipality for the celebration of civil rites.

The wedding locations

Many are the places available to celebrate your wedding in Rimini: from the beach, such as 'the house of weddings' in Piazzale Boscovich and Rimini Terme, to museums and historic buildings such as the foyer of the Galli theater , the City Museum and the Grand Hotel, which offers the possibility of celebrating the ritual even in the garden. To these locations are added the Registry Office and the Sala della Giunta, in the usual municipal offices.

For 2021, there are some new entries: the Fulgor Cinema and the PART Museum - Rimini Art Palaces in the town centre and Villa Des Verges, the historic residence located in San Lorenzo in Correggiano. A rite in safety

VisitRimini, which takes care of the operational part of the ceremony and works in synergy with the civil office of the Municipality of Rimini, also verifies the application of Covid procedures, to celebrate the ritual in safety.

The location is sanitized, the number of guests who can access the venue is restricted, (the spouses must provide the municipality in advance with the list of people who will participate in the ceremony), the mandatory presence of two microphones, one of which is for the exclusive use of the celebrant and the other for the bride and groom and guests, which is always sanitized between one use and another.
