The expo, now in its sixth edition, is a marketplace and meeting point for professionals and public with the presentation of gluten-free products, demonstration areas with show cooking and workshops for adults and children. Gluten Free Expo is a food & beverage expo which aims to meet the needs of an increasingly growing market.
The fair will be together with Lactose Free Expo, the leading international fair dedicated to lactose free products and market.
