Garcia Lorca, canti e racconti d’amore

Tribute to the Andalusian poet by the ensemble Amarcanto

Saturday 18th April 2015
Music

The club Inner Wheel Rimini and Riviera presents a tribute to the great poet Garcia Lorca, to his land and the cultural heritage that he has left. On stage will perform the Ensemble Amarcanto, conducted by Laura Amati, with the participation of the classical guitarist Christian Califano.
The strong ties by Andalusian poet to his country are living through poetry and poetic songs which the ensemble Amarcanto proposes in a performance that opens with a portrait of the author, and continues with poetic songs such as Zorongo Gitano, La Tarata and Las Tres Morillas de Jaen, up to popular Romancero Gitano for choir and guitar, one of the greatest production by Garcia Lorca.
The entrance is on free offer and the proceeds will support the no profit projects carried out by the club Inner Wheel Club, chaired by Lilly Pasini.
