Crossroads Jazz e Altro in Emilia Romagna is a traveling festival that takes place throughout the region, and is one of the major European events in this area.
The 2023 edition takes place from March 3 to July 27, with more than 60 concerts distributed in over twenty municipalities.
The dimensions of the program (over 450 musicians) are such as to allow a panoramic view of jazz in all its styles.
Crossroads 2023 is organized by Jazz Network in collaboration with the Department of Culture of the Emilia-Romagna Region and with the support of the Ministry of Culture.
In Rimini the appointments are at the Corte degli Agostiniani. On Friday June 30 John De Leo is the protagonist as guest soloist, together with the pianist Rita Marcotulli, of an original production with the Italian Jazz Orchestra conducted by Fabio Petretti and dedicated to the music of Elvis Presley.
Friday 11 July American jazz with the rock and blues music by the guitarist Julian Lage trio.
Last appointment Sunday August 6, when we arrive in Cuba with the trio of the pianist Alfredo Rodriguez, a virtuoso as well as a pupil of Quincy Jones.
