In piazza Tre Martiri, once the old Roman Forum of Ariminum, there is a cippus (column) commemorating the tradition by which Julius Caesar climbed onto a stone and spoke to his soldiers after crossing the Rubicon.
Here we supposed he pronounced the famous sentence: "the die is cast!"
