The Sanctuary is located 100 hundred metres away from the sea and in place of the original small chapel built on the initiative of Rimini Bishop Mons. Santa in 1949.
It is worth seeing because of its classic-style crucifix and its wooden statue crib carved by craftsmen from Ortisei.
