In the shop, besides souvenirs, you may also find a series of typical products of Romagna, a wide range of gourmet products such as wines, liquors, extra virgin olive oil, vinegars, biscuits, jams, honey, sauces, the traditional Romagna pasta, handicraft bakery products from bread to sweets, chestnuts in syrup, candied figs, delicious fruits liquor, artisan Romagna chocolate, meats of the Mora Romagnola, the special fossa cheese from Sogliano and last but not least the symbol of Romagna, the "piadina", flatbread strictly hand baked with Romagna flour and salt from Cervia, a handicraft production. 
Here are also available traditional cooking tools, the "rust" canvases with natural colors and handmade pottery.
