Rimini, already recognized by FIAB (Italian Federation of Friends of the Bicycle) as a city for bikers, has a new beating heart entirely dedicated to the two wheels. It is the Bike Park, right in front of Rimini railway station and next to Metromare station, the rapid coastal transport that connects Rimini to Riccione.
The Bike Park Rimini provides various services to those who travel by bike: they range from a secure bike park to bicycle rental (single-speed, six-speed, electric, cargo bikes). For those wishing to try these new vehicles, they are temporarily available as a free service.
But it is not all, within the structure there is also a bicycle repair shop equipped 365 days a year with mechanical assistance and information for travelers on two wheels, electric bicycle charging, accessories shop and a small bar.
And for those who are just in transit and would like to stop only for a few hours in the city to visit the beautiful historic center or reach the Rimini seafront without the weight of suitcases, at Rimini Bike Park it is now also possible to deposit luggage (€ 4 per bag for 24h).
