Notte Rosa: traffic changes
On occasion of the "Notte Rosa", the New Year's Eve celebration of the Italian Summer, the promenade of Rimini from Marebello to piazzale Boscovich (Rimini harbour) is closed to the to vehicular traffic and parking is not allowed
From 5.00 a.m. on Friday 6th July to 4.00 a.m. on Sunday 8th July the beach promenade will be closed to traffic from via Beccadelli upto Rimini harbour.
From 8.00 p.m. on Friday 6th July to 4 a.m on Saturday 7th July and from 7.00 a.m on Saturday to 4.00 a.m on Sunday 8th July the following streets will be closed to traffic: Lungomare Di Vittorio (from via Siracusa); lungomare Murri; part of piazzale Kennedy; lungomare Tintori upto the roundabout; and the streets round Piazzale Fellini (Grand Hotel Roundabout, via destra del Porto etc.)
In the above-mentioned streets, on the same days and time, parking is prohibited.
The local public transport will be guaranteed by Start Romagna.
During the evenings of Friday 6th July and Sunday 7th July, Public Buses will be running all night long with a particular enhancement between 8 p.m and 2 a.m
Southern Rimini : the southern zone Riccione- Rimini is served by bus number 11 (a big load capacity bus) every 12 minutes until 2.00 a.m; then every 40/50 minutes until the ordinary service in the morning.
Northern Rimini: the Northern zone Rimini-Bellaria- San Mauro Mare-is served by bus number 4 every 15 minutes until 2.00 a.m; then every hour and 45 minutes until the ordinary service in the morning.
