After the Madonna Diotallevi by the young Raphael, which returned to Berlin, the City Museum in Rimini is preparing to welcome a new masterpiece.
As soon as the authorization procedures are completed, the museum will host among its works the "Landscape with playing Cherubs " by Guido Reni, one of the great painters of the seventeenth century.
Property of a private gallery it will arrive in Rimini thanks to the collaboration of Massimo Pulini, artist, critic and former councilor for culture of Rimini Municipality, among the first to attribute the painting to the hand of the Emilian artist and author of an essay dedicated to 'playing Cherubs'.
