It is specified that the dissemination of the data relating to the name, contact details and location of the accommodation facilities is carried out by the Emilia-Romagna Region, pursuant to Regional Regulation 2/2007, art. 19 "Communication and dissemination of tourism data" for the sole purpose of promoting tourism.

The listed facilities are accredited in accordance with Legislative Decree No. 146 of October 21, 2020, and the current CIN regulations.
