Workshops - summer campus for children at the City Museum

to discover the prehistory, the Roman era and the Medieval period

June - July - August 2015
Workshop, Courses and Work experience

The summer initiative takes place in Rimini City Museum and, in addition to being an opportunity for leisure and entertainment, it aims to prepare children for their future social life through creative workshops, games, dances and guided themed tours.
There are three thematics available to discover: the prehistoric period, the Roman civilization and the medieval world with its majestic castles.
Each workshop begins with the presentation of the Campus (short song on theme and ballad), followed by the workshop, the snack and it ends with a typical game related to the chosen theme or the realization of a small choreography with historical music and dances.
One of the mornings will be dedicated to a visit of parts of the city linked to the workshops of the Campus (such as the Malatesta castle of the Middle Ages).
The activity is dedicated to children aged 7 to 12 years and it will take place with a minimum of 15 partecipants.
The wokshops are available in English on booking within 24 h before; in other languages 2/3 days before.
