Even in winter it is possible to practice sports on the beach or inside the Igloo at Beach resort 26 in Marina Centro, a tensile structure with sea view, experiencing the beach as an open-air gym to keep healthy. Changing rooms, lockers, toilets and hot showers are available. The proposed activities, conducted by personal trainer Elen Souza, are: - Walk on the Beach, the guided walk of about an hour on the beach. An activity suitable for all those who want to keep in good physical shape in their free time and who wish to do it in company, regardless of age. From November to May on Wednesday at 6.30 pm. From May to September on Wednesdays at 7 p.m. and on Sundays at 7.30 a.m. - Run training, specific training to learn and improve running technique, every Tuesday at 7 p.m. and Saturday at 8 a.m. from March to September. - Fitness on the beach, personalized functional training, one to one or in small groups, from Monday to Friday from 7.30 a.m. to 8 p.m., by appointment, all year round. - Workout by the sea. A complete workout that begins and ends with stretching exercises all summer long.
