An opportunity to relax body and mind by practicing traditional Hatha Yoga, with breathing exercises, by RiminiYogi.
The classes, lasting approximately 80 minutes, are for both beginners and expert practitioners.
The timetable in April, May, September and October is every Sunday at 10.00am; in June, July and August, every Sunday at 7 pm. On Saturdays, lessons are held at the same times in English.
