Flash mob "Break the chain - Rise for revolution" against violence on women

One Billion Rising, the international campaign of the V-Day movement against violence on women and children, is back in Rimini. The meeting is in Piazza Cavour to give life to a new peaceful uprising, a flash mob of dance to the music of 'Break the Chain', which has become the hymn by OBR. Together with Italy, thousands of people all around the world will express the will of change through dancing .
The flashmob begins around 4.30 pm, followed by a dance performance by the Peruvian dance group "Ima Sumaq". As conclusion, three actors, Simona Caponera, Valerio Bamberga and Federico Galli, will improvise a fairy tale, "La scelta" (the choice), where the public will have a decisive role in the development of the story.

For those who want to participate, there are available a series of rehearsals at the youth centre Grotta Rossa, via della Lontra 40: Monday 8th, Wednesday 10th and Friday 12th February, from 6.30 pm

DRESS CODE: wear something red, black or white, the official colors of the One Billion Rising movement worldwide.
