The ‘a.v. Romagna’ Symphony Orchestra’s concert will take place at Novelli Theatre.
The orchestra derives from a formative project, that puts together the commitment of the students and teachers of Rimini’s Musical Institute “G.Lettimi”, of Ravenna’s Musical Institute “G. Verdi” and of Cesena’s Conservatory “B.Madena”.
The company, composed of about 90 elements, will be in Rimini for the 3rd year and will propose some pages of the most important symphonic tradition of the 19th century.
There, there will be played Mendelssohn’s 5th symphony op.107, known as “The Reform”, the famous ouverture “Coriolano” op.62 and Beethoven’s 7th symphony op.92.
Mendelssohn’s works will be directed by Paolo Manetti, while Beethoven’s musical compositions will be directed by Federico Ferri.
