The event aims to highlight the local traditions and the "piadina" with tasting of this typical flatbread prepared by the "azdore" women in Rimini. In addition there is set up an exhibition of traditional crafts together with challenge between the azdore at 9.30 to make the best piadina and win the "Mattarello d'Oro 2015", the golden rolling pin.
