The gardening exhibit with the best Italian garden centres, comes back to Rimini for the Autumn edition. Next to craft gardeners, artists and designers with many ideas and tips to furnish your home and decorate your garden, many are the events on schedule.
The event takes place in the most evocative and green setting of the city, Piazza sull'Acqua, next to Tiberius Bridge, in Borgo San Giuliano. As usual the protagonists are the botanical selections of the best nurserymen from all over Italy, with their plants and their rare flowers, flanked by green artisans, art exhibitions and design installations, together with conferences, meetings and workshops for adults and children who, thanks to the new large spaces available, can take place in compliance with safety regulations
'Spazi d’Autore' are back too within the initiative: from Salotto Kapperi, the talk space by Nuova Comunicazione, to the Terrazza sull'Acqua, the elegant bistro of Quartopiano Suite Restaurant with the gastronomic proposals of chef Silver Succi overlooking the banks of Piazza Sull'Acqua, and the "Giardini Kids - Learning from Nature", the space dedicated to small gardeners which in September will be dedicated to spontaneous plants, insects and seeds. To complete the setting of this edition, the installations on the water, the floating garden and the relaxation areas.
To celebrate the two thousand years of the Tiberius Bridge, scheduled on Thursday 16 September, is the special event "Il Viaggio": Food, notes , stories, dance and art at the Piazza Sull'Acqua. A journey where you can savour the recipes of the seafaring tradition, accompanied by the words taken from the book "L’Argonauta" by Sergio Antolini, music and dance.
