As part of the Cartoon Club, the City Museum hosts an exhibition on the women who made Diabolik famous.
In the sixtieth anniversary of the first edition of Diabolik, Cartoon Club curates an original exhibition focusing attention on the women who created him and on the character of Eva Kant who has become a icon like the protagonist Diabolik.
The itinerary of the exhibition starts with the sisters Angela and Luciana Giussani, creators of Diabolik, to tell the collaborators who have marked the history of the magazine, from the mysterious Kalissa, designer of the second issue of the King of Terror, to the screenwriters who have supported the Giussani sisters over the years. Eva Kant, the co-star of Diabolik, a model of an emancipated woman, a protagonist like her man. The exhibition ends by leaving room for the current designers: Giulia Massaglia and Stefania Caretta, designers who work in tandem with the nickname " Diabolike ”, the only female authors to have worked on the regular series from 1963 to today.
