In the calendar there are 6 evenings involving national and international musicians who are coming from different musical backgrounds proposing a wide range of jazz music. The concerts are managed by JAR, the jazz club in the Rimini territory.
After the first concert, 23rd October, by Eloisa Atti with a tribute to Billie Holiday, the program continues Friday 13th November with Stefano De Bonis, pianist and composer, who will present his new Trio 3.
Friday 11th December will be on stage a very special guest, a flute and bandoneon player, and composer of international fame: Carlo Maver with his Trio Destructurado.
The program continues in 2016 with other concerts: Friday 15th January is scheduled a local quartet of musicians, led by pianist and composer Gian Marco Gualandi, who will present the project "The Ellingtonians", a tribute to the great composers, Duke Ellington.
Friday 12th February, the protagonist is an important Italian singer songwriter, Patrizia Laquidara, accompanied on piano by Alfonso Santimone.
The jazz festival will conclude Friday 25th March with a meeting between JAR and the Urbino Jazz Club. On stage will be the quartet, Locomarket, composed by Denis Fattori on trumpet, Carmine Ioana, accordion, Jacopo Mezzanotti on guitar and Alex Gorbi bass. The evening will continue with a jam session with all the musicians of both jazz clubs.
