From the big top of the 'Circo 8 e mezzo' AL MENI, a cry echoes out: “Roll up!”. Like a pied piper, Massimo Bottura calls to himself the ten pearls held together by the robust thread of Via Emilia, our region’s excellent products unique in the world, to celebrate the tenth edition of AL MENI together: chefs, artisans, cheese-makers, farmers, fishermen, musicians and artists, mingling with each other in a big embrace, return to Rimini and pitch their marquees in Piazzale Fellini for two days of sharing and inclusion, wonder and good cheer.
On June 17th at 11:30 a.m. Massimo Bottura and Rimini Mayor Jamil Sadegholvaad will officially open the cooking shows.
Over the two days, between cooking shows and starred dishes, 20 cooking talents meet together and the best local products mix with design craft in the large green square dedicated to Fellini. Among the chef guests of this tenth edition there are: Jessica Rosval, Allen Huynh, Anna Barbina, Francesco Vincenzi, Chiara Pavan, Isabelle Gemmer Pering, Marta Cerbino, Massimiliano Mussoni, Emilie Qvist Kjaergaard, Martina Mosco, Vania Ghedini, Giuseppe Gasperoni, Naifa Mulla, Massimo Spigaroli, Marina Gasi, Giovanna Guidetti, Alessandra del Favero, Ivan Milani, Avivit Priel Avichai.
Special gourmet street food points meet workshops, farmers, fishermen and winemakers for an open-air exhibition dedicated to food in all its forms. And then the starry picnic returns in the garden of the legendary Grand Hotel. On Sunday 18 June the chef Claudio di Bernardo will organize, from 12.30 to 15.00, the very popular déjeuner sur l'herbe, the gourmet picnic in the enchanting park a stone's throw from the beach (for reservations, contact the Grand Hotel info@grandhotelrimini.com).

"Chefs' cooking shows in Circus 8 ½ "
Immediately after the opening, chefs of both national and international fame will entertain the public by openly cooking in the circus until 9:30 p.m. on Saturday, and 9 p.m. on Sunday, both for lunch and dinner.

"Al Meni’s market"
As usual, this year's market will gather from 10 a.m. until the evening the best products from Emilia-Romagna and its surroundings in Parco Fellini: Parmigiano Reggiano, Mora Romagnola salami, honey and saffron, innovative products such as fermented and black and white Voghiera garlic, extraordinary breads from the Romagna Apennines, as well as the best of fruits and vegetables, Romagna chili peppers, cookies and more. As always, there is a space dedicated to Slow Food Presidium producers with moretta cherry from Vignola and Parmigiano Reggiano from Vacca bianca Modenese.

"Matrioska special, the artisans' labstore outside the Circus"
In front of Circus 8 and 1⁄2 more than 20 artisans and designers of Matrioska labstore will fasicnate the public by producing wonders such as pottery, perfumes, tailored clothing, jewelry, t-shirts, and handmade notebooks.
Open on Saturday and Sunday. from 10 a.m. unitil evening, this year the market will be joined by the Academy, a space to create and taste among the benefits of aromatic plants, fragrances as basic elements of a dish, and the use of roses as an essence, ingredient and herbal remedy, available at 4 p.m.

"The star-studded street food"
Around the Circus, special gourmet street food spots bring the best of artisan production at Piazzale Fellini. From food to the selection of wines, beers and beverages: Warsteiner presents a strategic partnership with BBQ Geeks who, for this edition, will offer the best Barbecue preparations. Rimini fishermen will be the protagonists with their dishes: fried fish, shrimp and squid kebabs, seafood risotto and, of course, piada through a 'sea view' location branded 'Associazione Rimini per tutti'. Unmissable the queen of Romagna, the piada, which will have a dedicated space by the Consortium for the Promotion and Protection of Piadina PGI.  It is possible to participate by reaching Piazzale Fellini, from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. both on Saturday and Sunday.
