The 17th century building belonged to the nobleman Brancaleoni, whose lineage died out in 1777 with Raffaele. It was later acquired by the Bonzetti family.

Today known as Palazzo Spina, it houses Augeo Art Space, the contemporary art gallery of Palazzo Spina, an exclusive location for exhibitions, meetings and corporate and private events.
The palace's ancient granaries are home to Augeo Beauty, a refined SPA and Wellness Centre.
