An easy walk in the Covignano hills, led by Carla Amadori.
A psychophysical journey in close contact with nature, to relieve stress and tensions: observe to observe yourself, excite to get excited, get to know each other.
Comfortable clothing suitable for different temperatures and a scarf are required.
The registration fee per person is € 10 and it will be donated to the project for the prevention of violence against young women
