The International Master Days of Spinning, organized by the ICYFF (Indoor Cycling and Fitness Federation), are back at the RDS Stadium: two days dedicated to the GC (Group Cycle) community.
IMD2018 is not just an event but a great container of emotions, training, entertainment and sport.
This year there will be 9 fantastic OMR (Official Master Rides) conducted by the Masters who are at work to create new  rides, a super workshop and the free update reserved for GC® Instructors.
Like every year, the evening of Saturday will be dedicated to a fantastic Dinner Party.
