K.EY 2023 takes over from KeyEnergy and presents itself for its first edition in Rimini, as an independent event from Ecomondo. It is a European exhibition of renewable energies, a complete showcase of technology, integrated solutions and service that aims to contribute to the energy transition.
20,000 visitors are expected from abroad and over 28,000 m2 of exhibition space. 6 thematic areas:
- Solar:Solar Exhibition and Conference (SEC), the exhibition area dedicated to photovoltaics and storage;
- Hydrogen: Technologies and projects for the production and storage of hydrogen;
- Wind: Technologies and services for the construction and management of onshore and offshore wind energy production plants;
- Mobility: electric and sustainable mobility, from recharging infrastructure to interconnected mobility services;
- Efficiency: Energy efficiency and storage in the industrial and building sectors, with technologies and services available to companies to optimize their energy consumption and reduce their carbon footprint;
- City: Sustainable City, the special project dedicated to the transformation of cities according to the smart city model.
Added to these is the Innovation Start up Area, a space dedicated to Italian and international green innovation.
K.EY also envisages the involvement of a Technical-Scientific Committee chaired by Professor Gianni Silvestrini and made up of institutions, industrial associations, technical-scientific associations, bodies and foundations.
During the three days also events, conferences, debates and workshops aimed at exploring aspects related to the world of renewables and the energy transition at national and international level, also from a regulatory point of view.
The fair takes place simultaneously with DPE 2023 - Distributed Power Europe, the European fair dedicated to innovations in systems and components for the generation and distribution of electricity.
