In 1943 it was released the autobiography by Woody Guthrie, entitled ‘Bound for Glory: that is the title that has been chosen for the 18th edition of Glory days in Rimini.
The 2016 edition will celebrate the "origins" of the music by Bruce starting from Woody Guthrie, passing by the "Seeger Sessions" up to the rock’n roll and the rockabilly. An event of stories, songs and authors which have become part of Bruce Springsteen's music..
This year among the guests are: Martyn Joseph (Wales), The Bonebreakers, La Terza Classe, Mama Bluegrass band, Nashville & Backbones, Joe Castellani, The Wooden Brothers, Silver Combo Trio, Carlo Ozzella, Sampedro & Beppe Ardito.
In addition a special tribute to the "Seeger Sessions" will be staged in Castel Sismondo, the medieval castle in Rimini historic centre, on Saturday 24th September. Follow on Facebook
