From Monday to Saturday, the day at the beach starts with free lessons of aerobics, gymnastics, water aerobics, dancing, games and entertainment for adults and children with trained professional UISP trainers. A lot of stations, from Torre Pedrera to Miramare, participate in the packed Giocaestate program.

9 am to 12 am (in some bath clubs, also from 4 pm to 6.30 pm with tournaments and games for children).
