A review and an exhibition dedicated to Clara Calamai, diva of the Thirties. Born in Prato, the actress, the unforgettable protagonist of Luchino Visconti's 'Ossessione', the film that opens the season of Neorealism, is buried in the cemetery of Rimini, where she died.
The exhibition concerns private images, furniture and clothes of the actress
Also on display is a model of the stele, made by her grandchildren. The exhibition is curated by Marino Bonizzato.
On Wednesday 7 September at 11.30 am, at the Monumental Cemetery of Rimini (piazza Bartolani, Celle area), the unveiling of the stelae, dedicated to Clara Calamai with a musical introduction by Ensemble Vocale Canopea, directed by Arianna Lanci.
