The "Francesca da Rimini" square in front of Sismondo Castle will be transformed into a training ground of the ancient imperial Ariminum.
During the evening simulations and reproductions of clashes between Roman soldiers (Legio XIII Gemina) and barbarian groups (association "Nertobacos" from Bologna) where the different fighting techniques will be compared and the structure of the Roman legion will be analyzed.
Accompanied by a speaker, spectators can be involved by trying (in total safety) what it means to carry a shield or to march in a row with the legionaries.
