People with disabilities or with reduced mobility, including:
- People who are moving in a wheelchair due to illness or disability;
- People with limb problems or walking difficulty;
- Older people;
- Pregnant women;
- The blind or visually impaired;
- The deaf or with hearing impairments;
- People with mental disabilities
may require the service for the train journey, calling the reference numbers or writing an email in advance.
In Rimini active service is carried out by the local porter service connected with the Sala Blu in Bologna.
