Bottura and the greatest chefs of the international cuisine in Rimini for 'Al Meni': the 8 1/2 Circus of flavors

On 18th and 19th June Rimini becomes the capital of taste among show cooking, wine tasting, gourmet street food, top market with products from Emilia Romagna, lab store and starred Ice-cream.

Published on: 6 May 2016

These are the ingredients of ‘Al Méni’ – meaning ‘hands’ and taken from the title of a poem by Tonino Guerra – the circus market of flavors that brings “things made from your heart and from your hands” to the hub of Marina Centro, where the fruits of a “good land” are offered up together with arts and crafts by more than 100 top regional producers and craftsmen.
