The Unione Italiana dei Ciechi e degli Ipovedenti di Rimini offers the chance of using a boat to all blind people who wish to participate in introductory sailing courses or to make trips outa at sea, followed by Skypper Daniel.
All the maneuvers have been tailored to be easily usable by blind and a compass with speech synthesis will be installed.
