There are five rooms which are located on the ground floor, with a capacity for 450 persons maximum. 

- Delle 4 Colonne Room: 130,00 m2 - organized with round tables for 120 persons, all of them seated.
- Degli Uccelli Room: 100,00 m2 - organized with round tables for 1o0 persons, all of them seated.
- Del Camino Grande Room: 75,00 m2 - organized with round tables for 70 persons, all of them seated.
- Del Camino Piccolo Room: 45,00 m2 - organized with round tables for 50 persons, all of them seated.
- Dell'Arazzo Room: 45,00 m2 - organized with round tables for 50 persons, all of them seated.

At the Villa's first floor there is a hall with a lobby and toilets. The room has a capacity for 100 persons
