At the port of Rimini, you can admire the historic boats of the Romagna Riviera with their colourful 'Vele al Terzo'. An occasion during which traditional customs and traditions of the ancient local seafaring industry are brought back to life in an evocative cultural event for all age groups.
This cultural re-enactment event proposes with free guided tours on the boats at the moorings, where the crews are ready for any explanation, workshops for children, an exhibition of historical fishing equipment and shells in cooperation with the E'Scaion Museum, and a sailing event open to all, which will take place parallel to the coast so that the beautiful historical boats with their sails unfurled can be seen by everyone on the beach. 
Sailing with the ‘Vele al Terzo’ has been recognized as an Intangible Cultural Heritage by the Soprintendenza Archeologica delle Belle Arti e Paesaggio of Ravenna.
