Rimini is preparing to host the quality street food festival, featuring the best food trucks dedicated to promoting itinerant culinary culture, with a focus on artisanal quality and the promotion of local and national products.
For four days, food trucks from across the country will offer their finest specialities from a variety of creative mobile kitchens—including three-wheeled Ape cars, carts, vans, bicycles, caravans, motorbikes, and trailers—all equipped with griddles, ovens, fryers, boilers, and grills. The experience is further enhanced by a selection of craft beers and music.
Throughout the event, various cultural and recreational activities will take place, including workshops featuring local and national gastronomic excellence, all of which are free to attend.
