The 2025/26 edition of the artistic Sand Nativity promises to be the largest and most imposing ever. “Kolossal” is the fitting title for the 2025 display, a monumental work spanning approximately 750 square meters, entirely housed indoors.
Eight international sand artists, hailing from countries like Spain, Turkey, Russia, and Bulgaria, have joined forces to create colossal sculptural groups using only sand and water. These intricate works depict biblical scenes, figures, and architectural details of rare beauty, with a special focus on the theme of Noah's Ark.
This magnificent spectacle can be admired right on the beach, just steps from the sea, from November 29th to January 11th. For a unique preview, visitors can book a special tour during the preceding week to see the sculptors at work in the "Work in Progress" phase.
All visits to the Sand Nativity will be guided by dedicated staff who will explain in detail the technical and spiritual aspects of the construction and the various themes explored within the display.
The Nativity is located next to the Christmas Village, which features an indoor Ice Skating Rink, the Artisan and Collectors' Market, the large tent of the Happy Family Circus and a heated area dedicated to live shows and entertainment.
