The main square of the city is transformed for over a month into a trendy venue, becoming a crossroads of appointments, meetings and entertainment for everyone.
The area of the village includes a large ice rink, a trendy streetfood area with entertainment and relax areas.
Opening cerimony on Saturday 2nd December at 6 pm on the occasion the Christmas lights switching-on.
But it is from 23rd December onwards that the Village will come into the life of this Christmas with "Wanna be American". It is a dive in the 50ies with music, dances and unforgettable hairstyles. On 24th December there will be the big Christmas concert with the Blue Midnight Orchestra, followed on 25th December by Fano Gospel Choir, a choir of 25 voices accompanied by bass and keyboard (at 6 pm). More music to greet the new year with impotant guests and djs and every Sunday entertainment for kids. Special appointment on Epiphany Day for all the children who wants to meet the Befana 'on ice', the popular old woman who delivers gifts, sweets and candies.

After the Christmas Concerts and the Gospel Choir, the appointments continue with:
DECEMBER 29: from 6 pm: FUNK RIMINI, the most famous funk music group in Rimini. Funk, nu soul, hip-hop and broken beat, sounds aligned to the Brainfeeder currents, which take shape through vintage synths, electronic drums, bass, guitar and an enveloping vocal in magical and explosive live.
DECEMBER 31st: for the night of New Year's Eve the ice of Rimini Christmas Square warms up with the DJ set of RDS Radio followed by a line up between rock and the vintage revival atmospheres of the 80s and 90s by Velvet for a evening in the name of 'Retropolis'.
JANUARY 1st from 6 pm: "Bound for glory" the overwhelming show that will see on stage 11 musicians who will accompany you on an incredible musical journey to pay tribute to Bruce Springsteen and American music
JANUARY 6th: Befana on ice: games and sweets for all the children (from 3pm)
