IGSF - International Television Series Festival: The TV Series Festival returns to Rimini and Riccione

3 – 11 July 2026
Cinema and Video

Following a successful debut featuring productions from across the globe, the Italian Global Series returns to Rimini and Riccione, confirming the Romagna region as an epicentre for culture and audiovisual tourism. The event transforms the Romagna summer into a global stage, weaving together stories, talent, and vision into a collective narrative involving international productions.
Directed by critic Marco Spagnoli and promoted by the Associazione Produttori Audiovisivi (APA)—with the support of the Ministry of Culture, SIAE, and AGIS—this international showcase dedicated to TV series will feature premieres, Q&As with actors and directors, public events, and new sections specifically designed for younger audiences.
The festival builds upon the legacy of the ten editions of the Roma Fiction Fest, aiming to deliver a revitalised event that aligns with modern viewing habits and contemporary content trends.
The 2026 edition expands its scope to encompass all professional roles within serial production, celebrating the entire creative supply chain: from screenwriting and musical composition to costume and set design, through to the creation of complex narrative universes. By highlighting behind-the-scenes talent, the event establishes itself as a platform of excellence and an essential meeting point for the national and international audiovisual markets.
