The inhabitants of the Skyscraper, one of the landmark buildings of the Riviera, are the original protagonists of an event created to launch the project of a film, “The Community”.
Five years after the celebrations of a the half century of the Skyscraper, is born the project of a film dedicated to the building of 27 floors, 100 meters high, built in a few years in the heart of the tourist city in the late fifties and opened in early 1960. The film, directed by Marco Bertozzi is in an advanced stage of work in progress.
The event this evening is a Theatre Happening to promote the film project. From May to July there are on schedule a series of initiatives in Rimini territory to carry out an operation of crowdfunding related to the financing of the film. The initiative is managed by the Association Condominium, a group of tenants and friends of the Skyscraper.
The platform for fundraising is managed by www.produzionidalbasso.com , one of the best in Italy. On the website has been created a page dedicated to the film where anyone can access to have information about the project. The subscribers - individuals or companies - can choose how to pay (from a minimum of 10 euro) and each registration fee receives a reward: your name or your company brand on the website of the film, in the credits of the film, the DVD of the documentary, and much more. The goal is to collect at least 20,000 euro
