Events calendar
The international event dedicated to the entire Wellness community: the latest trends, innovations and training for wellness professionals, fitness and sport enthusiasts.
RiminiWellness is an event that brings together under one roof all the major players in the fitness and wellness universe: exercise equipment manufacturers, gyms, fitness clubs, training institutions and trade associations, medical spas, health centers, rehabilitation, tourism and design, always with an eye on what the fitness community wants.
After the last record-breaking edition, the 2025 event will be an increasingly international platform for trends and tendencies, innovation and business, networking and industry education. A successful format that brings the event to be recognised as a platform outlining the future trajectories of the wellness industry.
Enthusiasts have the opportunity to discover training trends with the most innovative and trendy sports disciplines and competitions for staying in shape.
A four-day sports and health event that extends from the more than 190,000 square metres, including indoor and outdoor areas of the Rimini Exhibition Centre, to the Riviera thanks to the development of off-fair content.
The only festival in Italy made by teenagers for teenagers, in its 18th edition.
An event for all girls and boys who love books and reading and who want to share their passions with their peers.
The festival is an opportunity to meet and dialogue with Italian writers and international guests, through different types of events: presentations of freshly printed books, monographs linked to the figures of the most influential authors, debates that offer the opportunity to compare and exchange views with other young people and experts, film screenings, readings, workshops, special events and shows.
The scheduled events take place in the setting offered by the most important places in the historic city centre of Rimini, which has always been the backdrop for this unmissable event for young readers from all over Italy.
Mare di libri is not only a festival designed for teenagers, but the events are conceived, organised and managed entirely by the festival's volunteer girls and boys.
Of all the events, the most classic format is the meeting with the author. Within the programme there will be the presentation of the Mare di Libri Prize to the best teen novel of the previous year, an award given by a jury of 10 strong young readers.
This year the first 3 foreign guests announced are: Anthony Mcgowan, winner of the Carnegie Medal in 2020 with Lark. Il volo dell'allodola (Italian ed. edited by Rizzoli); Deborah Ellis, bestselling author of Sotto il burqa (Italian ed. edited by Rizzoli), winner of the Governor General's Award; Hope Larson, American cartoonist and illustrator, winner of the Eisner Award with her adaptation of 'Nelle pieghe del tempo'.
Time: 9 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Rimini will kick off the tour with the first stage of the RDS Summer Festival to coincide with the Notte Rosa, the great early summer festival for the 2025 edition which this year coincides with the summer solstice weekend, the weekend of 20-21-22 June.
On Friday 20 and Saturday 21 June Rimini will host the first stage of the RDS SUMMER FESTIVAL 2025, the first of the four national stages of the tour that will see the new generation of talents and the most important artists of the moment take turns on stage, many of them protagonists of the last Sanremo Festival and firmly at the top of the radio and streaming charts. In Rimini, the first two days of the RDS Summer Festival in conjunction with the Notte Rosa will bring Olly, expected on the first evening of 20 June, and Fedez, who will take the stage in Piazzale Fellini on 21 June. The two protagonists of the Italian singer-songwriter firmament are only the first names of a long list of leading artists that will be unveiled and that will make up a unique playbill and cast.
The hosts in Rimini will be the radio presenters: Rossella Brescia, Ciccio & Baz from Tutti Pazzi per RDS.
The events will host spaces dedicated to activities with sponsors, for exclusive entertainment, sampling and engagement experiences, with gadgets, prizes and exclusive experiences.
After Rimini, it will be the turn of Senigallia (27-28 June), Monopoli (4-5 July) and finally Olbia (11 and 12 July): eight evenings of entertainment and music with free access that will bring all the energy of RDS 100% Grandi Successi and RDSNEXT music.
The Notte Rosa is back, dressing pink the whole of Romagna for three days.
The 'New Year's Eve' of the summer, the great celebration of the Riviera, reaches its 20nth edition. The entire coastline, with its beating heart in Rimini, will be coloured pink from dusk to dawn in an explosion of lights, sounds and images, a widespread event with music, dance, shows, magical scenery, and as usual, the fireworks display that will color the sea and sky simultaneously all over the Riviera.
The claim of this edition is "Hit's Summer", which best expresses the new spirit of the event: the beat of summer, the sound of music, the rhythm of celebration. HIT'S therefore has a double meaning: Hit's Summer is summer itself, but also the HITs of summer, whiche does not mean only music and songs, but all the excellences of summer in Romagna, from food to sport and the sea.
It will be a long pink weekend embracing the brightest days of the year, with events in every time slot: from concerts at dawn to wellness proposals, from sports dance to initiatives for children and young people, from pop music to jazz, from folk to indie, passing through food and wine and local excellence.
Artistic director Claudio Cecchetto.
The world of TV series with its protagonists will meet in Rimini (Cinema Fulgor, Teatro Galli and Corte degli Agostiniani) and Riccione (PalaRiccione, Multiplex CinePalace) for the first edition of the Italian Global Series Festival, the international event dedicated to TV series promoted by the Audiovisual Producers Association (APA) with the support of the Ministry of Culture of the SIAE and AGIS.
The festival picks up the legacy of the ten editions of the Roma Fiction Fest with the aim of offering a renewed edition in line with modern modes of enjoyment and new content.
The programme is packed with screenings, award ceremonies, activities and events that will involve all the protagonists of the sector: actors, producers, directors, talent and journalists. Among the appointments not to be missed are the Cesaroni reunion, the meeting with the cast of Mare Fuori, and the awards to Carlo Verdone, Elena Sofia Ricci, and the British actress Adjoa Andoh.
A tribute to the great Sicilian writer and screenwriter Andrea Camilleri on the occasion of the centenary of his birth could not be missing. Great emphasis is given to the International Competition with a shortlist of titles that will be judged by a jury of professionals. Finally, the Festival will host various national and international evening premieres of new series or TV films made in 2025 and still completely unreleased in Italy.
On the occasion of Don Oreste Benzi's birth centenary, a place dedicated to the priest from Rimini opens in the heart of the city where it is possible to learn about and explore the life and thought of the ‘priest with the worn cassock’. On display inside the premises are some photographs of ‘don Oreste's’ life, kindly granted by Rimini photographer Riccardo Ghinelli. It is also possible to leaf through books, brochures and information material.

On show 27 drawings by Fellini (20 on paper and 7, particularly original and rare, on napkins) dating back to the 1970s belonged to Danilo Donati, one of the great costume and set designers of Italian cinema.
Among his many awards, Donati won an Oscar for the costumes of Federico Fellini's film 'Il Casanova', which are exhibited at the Fellini Museum together with those of 'Rome'.
The collaboration between Donati and the director from Rimini goes beyond the professional collaboration that began on the set of Fellini's Satyricon at the end of the 1960s and continued throughout the following decade with Fellini's great frescoes of Rome, Amarcord (of which he reconstructed the village in Cinecittà) and Il Casanova. Donati would then return to work with Fellini in the mid-1980s, for the costumes of Ginger and Fred and for the costumes and sets of Intervista.

Visitors will be able to admire an extraordinary collection of original memorabilia: from the first Azzurri jerseys worn by the champions of the past, to the boots and balls that made football history, to posters from international competitions and newspaper articles that recounted the exploits of the Azzurri. There will also be trophies, blow-ups and exclusive documents, including the first rules of the game of football drawn up in 1895.
The exhibition is divided into several thematic sections, from the origins of Italian football to the present day. It starts from the dawn of football, passing through the World Cup triumphs in 1934, 1938, 1982 and 2006, and by iconic moments such as the legendary Italy-Germany 4-3 semi-final at the 1970 World Cup, up to the unforgettable success of Euro 2020.
A strategic partner of the Exhibition is Rimini FC with a display of jerseys, memorabilia and historical photos of the club that will welcome the Italian national football team to Rimini. Collateral initiatives will be organised in the city in close collaboration with the Club Biancorosso during the entire exhibition period. Giving a special welcome this year is CIAO RIMINI CIAO, the visual communication project for the city of Rimini conceived by digital artist Alessandro Malossi: eight images spread in various symbolic places in Rimini - from the beaches to the airport, all the way to the heart of the city - also on display on the ground floor of the City Museum, until the end of June.
The piada that imprints itself on the heartstrings, the mobile phone that demonises its function, the pills with the city's icons do better than Lansox. The works send out a message: slow down, stop rushing, observe, switch off your devices, take your time. Images and words that want to tell a story: that of a city to stay in. ‘CIAO RIMINI CIAO": Rimini nestled between two greetings that are never a farewell, but always an invitation to return.
Between paper and pixels, Alessandro Malossi draws a narrative that is both personal and universal. That of a city that you do not just visit, but which you live, and which invites you to stay: to slow your pace, to switch off your devices, to look deeply, to remember with the heart and not with a cloud.
Because Rimini is good for the heart. And perhaps that is precisely why it stays inside, like a horizon that you never really leave.

An event that also stands out for offering the opportunity to train on world-unique facilities, thanks to the first innovative prototype of an artificial wave. This allows athletes and enthusiasts to practice even during the winter months or for those who don't have access to the sea, by simulating the movement of ocean waves.

On the Rimini stage, together with the varied ensemble of the Italian Jazz Orchestra directed by Fabio Petretti (17 elements with a crossover instrumentation between jazz and classical music), will be Flavio Boltro and Walter Ricci, among the top artists of made-in-Italy jazz music.
The Italian Jazz Orchestra revives one of the most successful of the original productions realised over the years for the Crossroads festival: “Unforgettable”, an orchestral jazz kolossal dedicated to Nat King Cole (1919-1965), a superlative jazz musician whose success was so overwhelming that he became an artist loved far beyond the categories of musical genres. First and foremost a jazz pianist, Cole reached the pinnacle of fame when he also began to offer himself as a singer. His performances and trio recordings have made him a timeless model of American popular music.

The paths of Vittorio Tondelli and CCCP cross once again in Rimini. Pier Vittorio Tondelli's books, steeped in music on every page, and the records of CCCP, one of the most influential punk rock groups of the tumultuous 1980s.
The CCCP return to revive the energy and power of an era that marked the history of music and culture.
Giovanni Lindo Ferretti, Massimo Zamboni, Annarella Giudici, Danilo Fatur - accompanied by the band made up of Luca Alfonso Rossi, Ezio Bonicelli, Simone Filippi, Simone Beneventi and Gabriele Genta - will be in Piazzale Fellini for a concert that will be one of the highlights of the calendar of initiatives that the city of Rimini will dedicate to Pier Vittorio Tondelli, 80 years after his birth and 40 years after the release of his novel “Rimini”, presented at the Grand Hotel on that legendary 5 July 1985. A way to pay homage to the writer and his imagination, and to recount a decade rediscovered not only in its contradictions and extremes, but for the indelible marks it left on contemporary society and culture.
On the occasion Rimini Municipality is planning a series of events and proposals throughout the year, including music, cinema, literature and meetings. So, after the exhibition "Felicitazioni! CCCP - Faithful to the Line 1984-2024‘, after the ’Gran Gala Punkettone of words and images‘, the three dates at Berlin's Astra Kulturhaus with the ’CCCP in DDDR‘ concert, and the release of the unreleased album ’Altro Che Nuovo Nuovo‘, CCCP-Fedeli alla linea will return to Italy's most important outdoor stages for a ’last call".
The tour, conceived and curated in collaboration with Luca Zannotti's Musiche Metropolitane, will kick off on 30 June from Rome, and then touch down in Naples, Bari, and Padua before a stop in Rimini, before concluding in Messina.

The most recent entry in the cast of artists in residence for Crossroads is singer Karima.
After years spent cultivating her passion for black music and jazz, with ‘Canta Autori’ Karima returns to her roots, singing the music of the land where she was born and grown up.
The new project is a homage to Italian music, which she has always loved but with which she is only now finding her own personal harmony.
In this new selection of songs, Karima respects the melodies but adds those black music veins that are her distinctive trait, supported by the new arrangements by Piero Frassi, who has worked alongside Karima for 20 years now. Songs such as ‘Anna verrà’ and ‘Bella 'mbriana’ by Pino Daniele, ‘Il nostro concerto’ by Umberto Bindi, “Fortuna” by Mario Venuti, ‘Quando l'amore se ne va’ by Edoardo De Crescenzo... will be performed in the show.

The Summer festival of meetings, exhibitions, music, shows, sports and children's village activities, is now in its 46th edition, which focuses on friendship between peoples. An international event that addresses crucial topics, in free and open dialogue with the most interesting personalities of culture, politics and faith.
The 2025 edition will bear the title ‘In vacant places we will build with new bricks’, taken from the Choruses from ‘The Rock’ by Thomas Stearns Eliot, on which conferences, exhibitions and performances will take shape.
As usual, many will be the activities for young people both in the Sports Village with its 13,000 square metres of playing fields and in the Youth Village, a very large space with exhibitions, theatre, workshops and events.
The Meeting is also an event that is narrated live using new technologies: the main conferences are broadcast in Italian, English and Spanish on the website and the Youtube channel and are later available in other languages.
The heart of the event are the three thousand volunteers who come to Rimini from Italy and all over the world to organise, set up and run the Meeting.
InOut is the leading B2B event for designing, furnishing and innovating the hospitality sector. The place where hotels and beach facilities meet the best in technology, supplies and services, furniture and wellness solutions.
The exhibition areas of InOut:
SIA Hospitality Design : the only trade fair in Italy dedicated exclusively to hospitality and new concepts for reception,
SUN Beach & Outdoor Style: the entire world of beachwear in a single event: the most complete showcase in Italy for the entire sector,
Greenscape, the garden and outdoor contract fair, where companies and professionals in the garden design and construction sector will find space.
The fair returns at the same time as TTG Travel Experience. The strategic union of TTG and InOut aims to create a complete circularity in the tourism and hospitality marketplace in Italy.
While TTG will continue to attract the world of organised tourism, InOut is the appointment for the world of extended hospitality, meeting the contract community.
TTG Travel Experience Experience is Italy’s key B2B show for the promotion of global tourism.
For 3 days, international operators and key players from the sector’s leading companies are in Rimini: tourism boards, tour operators, travel agents, airlines, transport companies, accommodation facilities, and those providing tourism services, technology and innovative solutions.
A hub of ideas for tourism operators worldwide, a source of information to identify new trends and innovations, tourism formats and consumer inspirations. TTG Travel Experience stands for tourism.
As every year, a main theme inspired by the current market environment will guide the show’s event programme: 'Awake to a new era' defines a moment of collective reawakening, because we are already in a new era. In this context, the ability to adapt is not an option, but a daily necessity for operating, deciding and building. Like many others, the tourism sector is caught up in this complexity: it must rethink its maps, redefine destinations, renegotiate the relationships between tourist flows, regions and communities: to measure its impact and respond with new visions.
