Rimini reopens at Easter in the name of traditional events. After two years of forced absence, due to Covid and the current conflict between Russia and Ukraine, some of the main events that historically have characterized the start of the season, give signs of ferment, of desire to get back on the move, to be together. Starting from Paganello, the "Beach Ultimate" international tournament which is about to return with a great edition, characterized by a participation in line with those of the golden years. 110 teams from all over the world have already signed up with over 1500 young people from Australia, Singapore, America, New Zealand, Canada, Lebanon. From 16 to 18 April, Paganello is back for its for the 31st edition, from beach 34 to 42, involving hotels, restaurants and tourist activities.
Theme parks are ready to welcome visitors, such as Fiabilandia and the Costa Edutainment Parks of the Romagna Riviera, Italy in miniature, Oltremare and the Cattolica Aquarium.
After a great calendar in March marked by the restart of international trade fairs - such as Sigep, Beer & Food Attraction and Enada Primavera - and sporting events such as Rimini Marathon, between Easter holidays and the long weekend of 25 April, when Italy celebrates the day of liberation, this year the calendar offers the opportunity to take advantage of a few days of vacation and two long weekends of sport, culture and music. Like the zero date of Zucchero “Sugar” Fornaciari tour in Rimini on April 15th (Word Wild Tour 2022). Many are also the opportunities to discover the new spaces of the city center, including the Fellini Museum, the Part - Palazzi dell'Arte Rimini (Palaces hosting Contemporary Art), the Roman Surgeon's house and the Galli Theater, which will remain open even on holidays, to offer a ample opportunity to admire the permanent collections and temporary exhibitions.
